Cancellation of a transaction

Donations are made to the "Beit Lechem Yehuda" association - Aid for the Needy in Israel (registered non-profit (Amuta)), 580572683, of 19 Shlomo HaMelech St., Bnei Brak, 5155210

A transaction may be cancelled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010.

Any donation may be cancelled up to 30 days after the transaction, whether it was a single-payment transaction or a transaction in installments. If the transaction is cancelled, the funds will be refunded to your bank account, subject to providing the account details.

Additional rights for senior citizens, persons with disabilities and new immigrants

If you are a senior citizen, a person with a disability or a new immigrant, you are entitled to cancel the transaction in accordance with Section 14C1 of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. In such a case, any such right prevails over this cancellation policy.
